I noticed one evening that my 2 year old son had a red rash on the upper part of his arms.  It also feels little like welps.  It doesn't seem to bother him and I haven't changed washing liquids or anything that I can think of.  I was thinking of giving him some benedryl for while to see if that will take care of it.  I was wanting everyone's opinion on if I should leave it or take him to doctor.
