An ergo! If baby is ever fussy just put them in the ergo and take a walk. The walk calms you and baby and usually puts them to sleep so you can go about your business and baby can take a nap.

Baby Bjorn. I HATED lugging around the heavy infant carrier and have always been nervous about it being knocked off of a shopping cart or the cart tipping over. After my first few outings alone with my son, I started using the Bjorn instead. It worked great for us!

My Brest Friend breastfeeding pillow is my absolute favorite piece of a gear that I own. It has made breastfeeding so much easier than I anticipated. I tell all of my pregnant friends to make sure that they add it to their registry. It is an absolute MUST HAVE!!!

Absolutely the Brestfriend - that thing has been a lifesaver for my aching back! I can actually walk around and nurse - I get a lot more done during my day b/c of that darn thing! I love the pocket - perfect for the cell phone and in the first couple of weeks, the lanolin!!

A Moby! I can't say enough about the Moby. Mom, Dad and baby all love it! Yes, Dad will gladly wear baby. This is the most comfortable carrier I have ever used. With my other two I didn't like using carriers because they were so uncomfortable. I wish I would have had a Moby from the first one. We LOVE it!

My Jumperoo! Any of my friends that have a baby I tell them to be sure to register or purchase one! Our little boy loves his, it has been SO worth the money!

The Fisher-Price Rainforest Bouner is ESSENTIAL for every new mom. There is nothing better for safely keeping baby occupied to give mom a few hands-free minutes to herself. The bouncer not only vibrates to soothe baby but also plays music and lights up. My daughter absolutely loved it. An added benefit: naptime made easy. :-)

Fisher Price Rainforest Bouncer. It is the only thing baby will stay in long enough for me to get ready in the mornings. It's also good for him to sit in right after eating because the slant he's at helps him digest w/o spitting up.
