I had a c-section on a Monday & my milk came in after lunch on Thursday; that would be the 4th day. I think varies for everyone. Are you still producing colostrum? That is very healthy for the baby as well. Have you tried pumping when you are not nursing to help stimulate the letdown?

Some women have their milk come in the 4th or 5th day. Mine started to come in on the 3rd day beut I wasn't really making a lot until the afternoon of the 4th day, it was just bam! it hit me. You can call your dr and see when you would need to be seen if it still doesn't come in. Sometimes that can be a sign that you didn't deliver the entire placenta, but they probably won't see you for it right away.

The average is 3-5 days, but your body is making enough colostrum to keep your little one satisfied, even if you can't express it. When your milk comes in, it's usually pretty sudden. Good luck!

I gave birth on Weds and my milk didn't come in until Sunday. It came in suddenly too... like bam and my breasts were full!!! I was worried too because it seemed like my LO wasn't getting anything and she was seeming a bit dehydrated but all turned out well and we are still breastfeeding and she just turned One on the 7th! So good luck! How is it going now?
