My son is 14 months old and very clingy. He cries every time I leave the room. He follows me outside, to the bathroom,wherever I go he follows. Please give me some answers on how to get this situation under control. I have to go back to work soon, so I need him to be comfortable without me.

is he around other people much even if your there in the same room? ive heard that helps with the clingyness. my nephew was like that my sister couldnt go to the bathroom wthout him screaming for her but he got used to being around her hsbands family... more
