So last night I made trusty ol' tater tot casserole.  Such an easy family favorite!  Just thought I would throw that out there.  The biggest cost was the meat but it made enough for 5 of us to eat 2 nights in a row.  Very budget friendly!  I made a salad to go with it and we had happy bellies :)
