Before getting pregnant I was an elite athlete - somewhat amateur professional in sports such as Triathlon, Cycling, Running, and Swimming. I am 32 weeks and still working out, sometimes 2x/day. Of course I've made adjustments but why is it that I can't find a good book written by elite athletes that go into details about their journey?? The standard Yoga and breathing moves, etc. are just not cutting it.
