Hi everyone! I'm so excited to be trying for number 2. My fiance and I just started trying not too long ago. We started trying during my last period (since it is a little bit easier to concieve while on your period, or so I've heard from my mom.) So far I do feel a little bit of possible symptoms, nausea started affecting me this week. So fingers are crossed! And my lower abdomen is stiff. I don't get to take a test for another two and a half weeks though. And if this month is a no, then just going to have to keep trying :) I'm sending positive baby vibes to everyone!!

Suzanne: Hi and welcome :) Wow, 3 new ladies on here just today! When was your last period? Since you have to wait 2 1/2 weeks to test does that mean you're in your O (ovulation) time?

My last period was the 29th and ended on the 4th. I am not sure about O time yet. Still figuring out the whole thing. First time was a surprise, was trying to get into the Navy but three days before taking my test (the ASVAB) I found out I was pregnant from having chest and abdominal pains.

Suzanne: So that would make you on cycle day (CD) 11 today. Depending on how long your cycles usually are, hopefully you're getting close to O time :) You'll see that a lot of us chart our cycles using fertilityfriend, you should check it out. It will help you keep track of your signs and symptoms. As you document them you'll start to see a pattern of how things go with your own individal cycles.

GL Tara I hope you cam trigger today! Nicole I agree how have you not tested! But Gl with the beta Saturday! AFM I get a double whammy! I have bronchitis and strep throat. So hopefully I will start feelin better soon! Also, I made sure that the meds would not effect the bean if I am pregnant. Well, I gotta get going to drop off my prescritions and get my twins from school.

Simone: It's getting more difficult to wait Oh no, don't be sick :( Maybe that's why your temps have been all wonky (?) What are you taking for meds? I hope they work fast to nip these nasty things in the bud!

Nicole - Yeah, I just don't get why implantation would cause twinges. I don't actually know if I got an OPK+, but a couple of the lines were dark, just lighter than the control line. And on FF I saw a bunch of OPK+ tests that were also lighter than the control line, and looked like mine. So I decided to experiment and see if FF would give me an O date if I put a +, but it didn't work... Hm, I hope you get your results soon! It's annoying that there seems to be a glitch over there in the communication. Aww, that's so sweet how Aaron is trying to help you feel better. :) That is so funny that you noticed the 12/12/12 thing with Haley's appointment! :D Christine - You are such a POAS addict! Congrats on the BFP! Now you, Nicole, and Haley are bump buddies! Hopefully we will all join you this month... If I don't get a BFP this month, I am planning on temping from when AF shows. We bought a thermometer, but it's too wide (for safety) for me to comfortably hold in my mouth, so we are going to look for a slimmer one. Hm, probably IB. Hopefully you will have an easy first trimester and the nausea will go away soon. Good luck with the house! Amber - If you O'd, the OPK will be negative, because it tests for a hormone that is released BEFORE O happens. Oh, you did get a OPK+, good. :) Good luck on your new job, it's a good way to keep busy. And hopefully you'll save up enough vacation and sick days in 9 months so that you'll have some maternity leave. ;) Hm, best time to BD? All days surrounding O - four days before, four days after. Or, make it five in either direction. Just keep it up EOD. Haley - Thanks. :) We're hoping that, too. I've been so cranky that DH thought AF was going to show today (probably now he thinks tomorrow, and I'm nervous, too) but then I'd REALLY need a doctor, because 21 or 22 days is just....abnormal. You are so right not to tell Kale! The BEST way to spread news is to tell a little kid not to tell! Alix - Oh, man, I hate it when my post gets deleted. I hope they return the gnome soon. I bet your DH is mad, I would be, too. What's a nook?

Tammy - :( I hope you're wrong about this month! Why does your DH's birthday mean that you're stopping TTC? Lots of dads are 37 when their kids are born.. What's EYM? Tara - Sounds like a dilemma. Work or TV? For me it's work or read either books or mommy blogs on the internet (or work on my blog). It's always a tough choice. Good for you, you got some exercise in. :) Keep it up! Mmm, those cookies sound good. Send some over here. ;) Hope you can trigger soon and the IUI gets you a BFP! Simone - Hope you feel better! Wow, bronchitis and strep, doesn't sound fun. I have a similar story - but I didn't take BC, just nursed, and I've had AF pretty regularly for a year now. So we will see... I haven't heard of chaste berry, so I can't say. Cara - Welcome! Hope you have a short stay here. That's cool that you and Gill are cousins. :) Suzanne - Welcome aboard! I hope you get a BFP and your nausea is a good sign. I think that it's a myth that BD'ing during AF is helpful - what matters is really the couple of days before O. Doing EOD around O is your best bet. AFM - Been really irritable (and I mean REALLY, as in, enough adrenaline to pick up my bed with almost no effort) the past two days. If it weren't so early, I'd assume that Af would have come today, or maybe tomorrow. Also for some reason, even though I had practically no CM yesterday, I've had quite a bit today. BB's are really tender and sore and too big, I wish I could be more sure it was a good sign, but it was like this last month. DH is transferring his license, and he has two test tries, and until Feb. Each try costs 600 shekels. He did a test today and failed. Another 600, and it's his last chance...it'll have to be in another month, though, and by then it'll be winter, with rains, etc. Sigh.

Isra: It's because whichever side the embryo moves to attach to the wall, makes sense you would feel that. Maybe you were getting pretty close to the surge and that's why it was hard to read if it was a +. Seeing the creamy CM is a good sign that you most likely did O right after your assumed + :) I'm just glad that I'll be getting same day results on Sat! I think the nurse was just excited to be the one to tell me the results, and she's on-call so that makes it even more exciting for her ;) Yes, he is such a considerate little boy :) 12/12/12 is just such a cool appt date! I hear you on the irritability, so on edge and extremely emotional :P Hmm, and the sore bb's too...Not necessarily AF though he he ;) Oh I really hope that your hubby passes his license test, that's expensive everytime he trys!
