Tara: using that method I'd be due 7/12. But what I'm concerned about is my irregular cycles I believe I had a 27 day cycle. But I'm really not positive. I'm guessing going off my symptoms I ovulated on the 15 or 16. That's why I figured I'd just wait and see what the dr says.
Tara - You're not out till AF shows. I think the blood tests here say 0-3 is negative, 3-25 is maybe, and 25+ is positive. So, maybe you're pregnant. :) Hope that's the case. ((HUGS)) It sounds like there are a lot of "ifs" in this cycle for you. Just gotta wait and see, I guess. It's hard, I know. Thanks for starting the December board, BTW. I completely forgot it was December, until DH told me it was the 2nd this morning! Hehe.
Nicole - You know, I never made the connection between your screen name and elephants. Isn't that funny? I only saw watery on CD13, and actually, I just assumed it was watery - I hadn't actually looked. Could've been EW, not any of the others. I'm really not sure if I O'd, but it's kind of late not to have (assuming that these aren't anovulatory cycles). The ginger tea is a better alternative to medicines. Better queasy than puking, though, so enjoy it while it lasts. :)
Haley - Have you been to the doc yet? I don't seem to remember..
Eileen - Welcome to the board! I will let the more experienced ladies answer this...
I'm sorry AF showed, Alix. ((HUGS)) It makes sense that you're upset, you've been kiind of sick for no reason, and it got your hopes up. Plus, why be sick if you're not pregnant. Maybe it's IB? Hm, I don't know, but your coworker sounds like she didn't want a baby. Pregnancy isn't a bed of roses, but it's kind of fun. And, the kicks are nice (except when it's into your rib cage). When DS hadn't moved for a while, I would poke my stomach a few times, until he got annoyed and kicked back. DH kept telling me that it's mean, but what can I do? There's no other way to make sure that the baby is okay, without going to the doctor. So, I poked. And it's really cool to see the outline of a foot or hand sticking out of your stomach. So no, your coworker has issues. I'm not sure if she jsut wants attention, or if she didn't want this baby, but her partner made her keep it, or what. But, hopefully you will enjoy being pregnant, even with the puking and sore feet. ;)
Simone - Hope you and your family are on the mend! Lucky Tyler, huh? Lennox is cute! That is hilarious! And chocolate chips from his tummy?!? LOL! Can you get that sliver out of your foot? Wow, thanks for the hard work putting in that link! Oh, wow. I hope Trent gets better soon!
Gina - Ooh, I love book sales! What books did you get?
AFM - I think I will test on the 12th if AF hasn't showed. I've also been taking the metformin late, both doses. So, I don't know if that will affect anything or not. Hopefully not.
Haley- That's a good plan. An early US is actually the best way to determine dates along with a really good LMP.
Isramom- Ooh, the 12th should be here before you know it! Sending you lots of healthy coneiving vibes! Yes, a waiting game for sure. I figured if I was it would be alot higher than three. At 6 wks with my MC last year I was declining in the 5,000's.
Hey ladies. So I wasn't able to test yesterday because of financials. So, I'm moving my test date to this upcoming Wedensday/Thursday. It takes a minimum of 3 days for the results to come in so they'll either be in Saturday or the following monday, Solantic is very slow but it's a set price that they won't raise so I trust them. Hopefully this time the person giving me the papers wont ruin things and say "Oh it's negative/positive" seriously biotch I go there to read my results, I don't need you blabbing and ruining my mood. Anyways, I have been reading everyones post but don't have the time to respond to them all, just know I read them :) Tara I send you big hugs and hope that AF doesn't show and hope that it was just too early for you to test.
Nothing has changed too much for me, other than my breasts being sore all day, and the nausea getting worse. Still no AF. I'm really hoping that it's not just all in my head. I've been taking nightly walks for a month now, and the other night I had to stop three times because of nausea. Also I've been cramping a lot but as I said, no AF still. Well ladies, I'll talk to you later.
The brand new computer I just got the other day had to be returned because the usb ports didnt work and hellloooo...we need those!! lol. So after trying to replace it (and they didnt have anymore in stock anywhere) I ended up with a whole nother computer, but it had the processer i orginally wanted anyway so I think i got a better deal ;)
Tara: I agree with Simone, that it may have been too early to test.. AF still hasnt showed yet? Maybe you are PG, but just too early.. I hope thats the case for you! Anxious to see what dr. B's take is on it Monday..hopefully no AF shows up..not for another ...9 months ;)
Nicole: Dont go overdoing it lady.. You got some long awaited precious cargo going on in there..REST REST REST! This has been your advice for all of us who have been PG lately..so FOLLOW IT :) ((HUGS))
Gina: Nice belly pic :) You have popped early, but they say that happens after you have one.I definitely dont want to find out..lol.I wish our library did that here!! I think they do..just not anytime soon. I want to find the "little golden books" to start building up a collection for Layla! I'd love to try reading to her now, but she cant ever sit still..only 7 weeks old and wants to go go go already
Simone: Hope your DS gets to feeling better.
Alix: sorry AF showed and that you have been having work trouble.. I had a boss who couldnt keep her nasty opinions to herself, so glad I dont work there now..I have every right to go off on her now ;) and I love it! lol.
Haley:I hate headaches! have you ever heard of Young living essential oils? they have a formulation called "M-graine"..it is the one and only thing that removed my hormonal headaches, as well as non hormonal ones! Its all natural, safe, drug free..you just apply a little bit to your temple. You do smell like oils but hey..if it takes the pain away, who cares? I thought they smelled good personally. I swear by them. They have so many mixes of oils for all kinds of ailments...the next i want is Gentle Baby to help Layla transition to her own room.
afm- Not too much here, the bleeding and spotting finally came to an end! Yahoo! DH and I finally got to enjoy each other (only after I teased him about needing his testosterone checked..lol) and wow. :) Thats all I shall say. I've begun to work out, slowly. So hopefully I can loose the last bit of baby weight thats left. Not much, especially since my BBs gotta weigh about 5lbs between the two of em!
My friend finally (after two days of Labor) gave birth to Emmy on friday around 8pm via c section! Shes gorgeous :) weighed 7lbs 14oz just like Layla! However, she was 24 inches long! They are still in the hospital though because Emmy developed jaundice :( Hopefully they come home soon
Hello ladies, having a hard time today. I slept horribly last night. DH did something to really upset me and his apologies alone are just not appeasing me. Everytime I'm not feeling well or emotional like this I'm on a cleaning mission. But, I KNOW I'm overdoing it and SHOULD be resting. DH took Aaron to his brother's to watch the Pats game. I'm now hoping to take advantage of the quiet, and Ziggy will just lie down with me. First things first though, some lunch.
Tara - You're right, it will be. Just like December suddenly came up on me, right? Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, but you never know. I hope AF stays away from you and your numbers are just fluky right now. Or, maybe they mixed your test up with someone else's, and your numbers are 500 or something. :) Long as AF stays away and your sticky bean sticks till at least 38 weeks, it doesn't matter. :) (Obviously, your little sticky bean will be robust and healthy, too.) You totally deserve it! Come on, come on, add your own BFP!
Suzanne - FX'd! Hope you get that BFP!
Brie - Oh, man, that's annoying. Hopefully you won't have to deal with this again for a long time! Glad you got a better deal, though. :) Hm, you should know that no AF for 9 months is really no AF for at least 10 months. ;) Keep offering Layla books (and read them yourself), she will get into it. I like Little Golden Books, too, but you should probably give her cardboard until she can take care of them. Congrats to your friend! That sounds like a really long labor, glad it ended well. Hopefully they will be released soon, though.
Nicole - That's right, you SHOULD be resting and you NEED to rest. You've waited too long for this, take care of yourself! I'm sorry to hear about your DH. ((HUGS)) That's always tough. Hopefully you will be able to work it out soon. And, remember that you're hormonal. :)
Suzanne- Should be interesting to see how things turn out for you with all the things you have going on!
Brie- My body confuses me time after time! Glad that the bleeding stopped and you and DH could have some fun! Layla sounds like she is getting well fed ;) Congrats to your friend that is exciting!
Nicole- Oh, I'm sorry! I hope you and DH can smooth things over quickly. Maybe a little alone time will do you both good. Yes, taking it easy would be a good thing! Big big hugs!
AFM- Still no AF....hmmmm. I almost fell out of bed getting out it and man alive my breasts are so tender. Even more than they have been. Ready to know what the deal is. Temp went down a little today, but my sleep schedule changed today. All night at work I was hot, gassy and super hungry after eating my food. Something has got to give soon!
Tara, I see we posted at the same time. :) Great minds think alike. I hope your temp goes back up and stays up! But, it is still higher than it was before O, so that is a good sign. Hopefully, the sore BB's are, too. When was AF due? I think what's going to give are your numbers, they're going to jump. :) Also, sometimes the HCG levels are higher before a MC than in a regular pregnancy, so that might not be a good comparison. Wait a sec, I will find my levels from when I was pg...
