Amber - Get your DH to give you a massge! I am glad he is doing the grocery shopping for you, and that he is being thoughtful. :) Simone, chin up. You're not out till AF shows. And, your chart is still looking really good - so, you dipped a bit. But you didn't dip that much. I hope you are wrong, and that baby is here to stay. Or, maybe you had 2 in there, and one vanished (that's not any better, is it - in some ways, its worse). Did you take any kind of antihistamine? Those can give false negatives. There are others that can, too, but I don't know which. And, you're only 12DPO - you have at least two or three more days until AF would even think of showing! (This is the downside of temping, I'm starting to realize.)

Hey ladies, I've had it rough since Kasey passed away last week..she would be 10 years old next monday, and our "gotcha day" anniversary is that day also.. I miss her more than there are words in the english language!! She was my world! Our dogs have never been "dogs"..but my children. Turk misses her too..its awful. Even as she was loosing life on that table, DH said she kept focusing on two things in her room: Me and Layla. My friend came to get Layla since I was loosing it, I feel good that the last thing babygirl saw was me. I just wish I could have found she had cancer sooner.But the vet and Autumn (who's also a vet tech) think it was a very aggressive form of cancer. :( I am going to get another Golden Retriever in a few months, but none could ever fill Kasey's shoes. Also, starting to be concerned, 11 weeks postpartum (holy cow, Layla's 11 weeks?!) and STILL bleeding.. it never really completely stops, i slow down to a light spotting, but then within a couple hours of that, i start to bleed all over again. Its really annoying. Its been like this since I had Layla, so i dont think its mirena. CRAZY.. Im calling my doctors monday. I feel like its gone on long enough.

Thanks for the pep talk Isra! I slapped myself out of my mood. Tara if AF doesn't show her ugly head for me could I join you and test on the 7th as well? I am back to thinking it's not over until she shows up and my temps really plummet back to the 96's. Brie when did you have the Mirena placed? Could part of it have dug into your uterine wall? I made chex mix and pumpkin pies today. Infact the pies are still baking in the oven and they smell so good. They are for tomorrow as I am making a turkey dinner with all the fixings and having my inlaws and bil here. I also managed to clean the entire house and clean the fridge out. Soon I should get to the cabinets above the Fridge and oven. I will be starting Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire with my kids. Then we will be watching something else as a family and hope the kids behave to stay up and ring in the new year with us! Happy New Year! What are your plans?

Simone: I had it placed at my six week checkup on 11/26. I thought i've felt it several times, but also thought it could be a mental thing. lol

Brie could you call your doctor sooner and get in to make sure it is where it should be and if it is why are you still bleeding.

Brie: I hate to be the bearer of bad news--but I bled forever after I got mine inserted. :( It was the most annoying thing ever--and made things frustrating for sure--but once it stopped I pretty must spotted (every month or so) the entire rest of the time I had the Mirena in place! Did you go back for a placement check? I only ask because like a month after I had mine placed I had to go back for a placement check just to make sure things were placed correctly! Simone: I had a temp dip the day before I got my BFP!! Stay hopeful! I also spotted BRIGHT RED the morning I tested + (And I mean--bright red like AF had arrived spotting!) And I tested SUPER early!!! So hang in there!! Tara: How are you feeling?! I hope that this "off" month was just what you guys needed!! :) Nicole: I hope you are feeling alright! We made it to 11 weeks and counting! :) Amber: I am sorry you are so sick :( Hang in there! Have they upped your Zofran? I know my cousin (who had all-day sickness REALLY REALLY REALLY bad with her 1st) was up to like 4 or 5 Zofran's a day to combat things! And her friend ended up having to go on a Zofran pump when she was pregnant!! I hope you can find some relief soon! How much longer until 12 weeks? AFM: I am still battling this stupid cold :( I feel like my entire Christmas break has been trying to get rid of this crap. Ugh. I go back to school on Wednesday and I am SO SO SO not ready. :( I just want another week to enjoy my boys and get fully healthy. Alas. That isn't happening so I best put on my big girl panties and buckle down. Le sigh. At least things at my 2nd job are WAY WAY WAY settling down! I am down to about 10 hours (and this week I just gave up 4 of those!) the next 2 weeks! So that is extremely nice! I hope everyone has a fabulous New Year's Eve! Be safe!

Tara - Oh, not! I think you caught it from me, I'm sorry! Your temps are looking good, though. Let's hope they keep up. Brie, I'm sorry. ((HUGS)) I know, it's rough. But, it's also not your fault, and there's nothing you could have done to prevent it. I am glad that you have support, though. Wow, time flies! Layla is almost 3 months old? I don't think it lochia anymore - that stopped a while back, I think. Maybe it's the Mirena? Maybe a period (hopefully not). Yes, talk to your doctor, and let us know what he thinks. Simone - Good, I'm glad my lecturing was useful; I kind of felt bad doing it. ;) Yes, I will put your test date at 1/7. Right, you're not out till you're out. Hope that sticky bean stays put! Wow, you got to do a fair amount of cleaning and cooking. Shh, now I want to have some of that food, too. Christine - I hope you feel better soon! It is good that things are settling down at BB(?), now you can get some rest, if you even know the definition of that. Are you saving all your sick days for maternity leave? Do you have to? Otherwise, best to recuperate - not taking off means being sick longer. I just put up the January thread, so I'm going to go over there. Oh, yeah, and Happy New Year's! (It's invisible here, and both DH and I completely forgot about it.)
