Hello, saw your post and know a baby will be in your arms. I do not know all medical but knowing that your egg is healthy and your guy is swimming well to the party now it is just a matter of outside or other factors I guess. First make sure your guy wears boxers, you want everything loose and cool for the best production also if he goes to gym do not use bicycle at all or hot tub, sauna etc. This is like mandatory. ( you should take quick not so hot showers, no hot baths, saunas, also)
Now for getting the body prepared you do not want to ingest any artificial sweeteners and let me tell you they are in everything now. Switch to sugar in the raw eventually you can cut down to a tsp or two in your tea and a dash of milk if at all and you will never miss sugar. Trust me. No diet soda, etc drink Coke if you have to drink but No artificial sweetener, you are starting to prepare body for baby you need to start making it pure. What you would never feed baby you do not feed you.
You must eat all natural foods now I do not mean organic but you do not need fast food try to eat granola cereal, blueberry muffin (not fatfree), steel cut oatmeal, eggs, whole wheat toast, real butter, whole milk, oranje juice, turkey bacon, honey maple turkey sandwiches, lots of salads, with almonds, avacados, tomatos, feta cheese, oil vinegar dressing use wish bone packets if you wish but no heavy dressing, buy packs of chicken breast asorted veggies ready made sauces great ones to try at Trader Joes, and make stir frys very very healthy. Have pasta, yes have alfredo you want to eat a variety of healthy but all great home cooked, with croissant or italian bread, one. I do it every night. I drink tea by the gallons with sugar in the raw by the buckets ( tsp or two in to go cups) I weigh 110- 118 I go up and down. I was 180 before delivery so trust me I know eating healthy helps to get the weight off. I put on 50 lbs each delivery.
Okay now lets see if there is a reason why, now most Moms who are trying switch to decaffeinated coffee but this has been shown to cause spontaneous abortion or not allow egg to lodge in studies. So if you switched to decaf drink tea or drink water or have one cup of coffee a day not decaf. Who would have thunk???
Another reason some Moms have changed their diets radically look at Bloomberg cut salt intake well you know what Moms who are trying to conceive need salt. If you have cut salt for any reason. You need iodine in your diet .
Second thought check your THYROID GLAND most Moms who cannot conceive have found to have thyroid problems if it is underactive you need iodine overactive you have been consuming too much flouride/chlorine maybe in your water supply. Switch to distilled water and see if it regulates but always follow doctor advice me I just like pure system if we can do anything with out drug while trying for our baby why not??
if you have not got one yet, skip the flu shot at this time. If you did do not worry.
If you can at this time drink Red Leaf Tea it will strengthen your uterus.
Also if you have a cat or bird you cannot clean it's box/cage at this time let some one else do it. Microbes can get in the air they are not healthy for a woman trying to conceive breathe in or while pregnant. This also is mandatory.
