Nicole- I hope you can get your treadmill soon! Why is it when guys want something they find a way to get it right away but when we do it takes a little while lol.

Tara- Yay for mini vaca!!! I can't wait for the day when you don't have to deal with all the hot flashes and stuff either. Keeping my fingers crossed this is your month!!!

Haley- Had Chase in underwear all day yesterday without a single accident!!

Autumn- I can't believe its already time for you to have your little one!! Hopefully you won't have to be on bedrest for long.

AFM- My "sister" (best friend) and her son who is 8 months older than Chase are coming over in a little bit for a play date so we'll see how Chase does with remembering to go to the potty with that.

Haley- Yes, the little getaway was nice! That's neat your Dad owns an answering service. I guess I never thought of someone owning on, but makes sense! Hope your skin doesn't stay too itchy!

Autumn- Wow, you are getting close! You need to keep that baby in at least one more week! Even days make a big difference at this point. Hope you are just being primed for good progress when the time comes!

Hello Ladies!

I have been reading--however, we have had such an incredibly sick house the last week I haven't gotten time to post :(

Autumn: Sounds like things are starting to move along!  I hope baby will hold off for at least another week or so!!  Hang in there momma!  The last few weeks are the worst!

Tara: Are you doing IUI again this month?  Or just monitoring?  I am keeping my fingers crossed and sending you SO SO SO SO many BFP vibes your way!

Amber: How are you feeling?  When is your due date again?  I hope things are starting to settle down a little bit at least!

Nicole: I hope you are starting to feel better!  I think last Sunday I ended up taking 3 Zofran!  I was SOO dizzy and SOO sick to my stomach it was insane!!  It was an honest mistake--but it did help me make it through the day!  Tomorrow marks 13 weeks for us!! Eeks!  :)  Moving right along!

Haley: Ooo potty training training can be quite the adventure!!  I potty trained Noah when Owen was about 6-8 weeks old!  I was off work and he was ready.  I did the 3-day method (a little adjusted--we still did pull-ups at night and nap because he was only 25 months old!) and he did FABULOUS!  Out and about was the hardest because the toilets are a little scary!  One hint somoene told me is to take a post-it note with you so that you can put it on the sensor for automatic toilets!  I remember several times I had to cover it with my hands to keep it from flushing on him!!

AFM: It has been a ROUGH ROUGH week at our house :(  Started out Sunday night with Owen throwing up.  Monday he threw-up all day but by evening wasn't throwing up any longer--but not eating anything.  Tuesday he just kinda hung out--and wasn't himself.  Wednesday he ate a little bit--but ended up throwing everything up in the evening :(  His lips were blue for a LONG LONG time--so I called the nurseline and they recommended taking him into the ER. :(  Took him in--IV fluids later he was doing a little bit better!  They called Thursday to let me know it was Rotavirus :(  I am happy to report he is diong MUCH better!  Just needs to regain the weight he lost!

SOO-Wednesday night DH came down with a fever and throwing up :(  AND...lo and behold Noah started throwing up :(  And he hasn't stopped since.  He is keeping very little down at this point and and I am getting nervous that he is getting dehydrated :(

Oh ya---I woke up Friday morning with insanely plugged ears, dizziness, and green snot. I have been battling this cold since mid-December and a full round of antibiotics :( Ugh.  So I wen tin--and of course I have an ear infection and a continued sinus infection.  An omnicef prescription later--hopefully this will do the trick and I can get past this junk!

My OB appointment is tomorrow and I am anxious.  I had been feeling movements and I haven't in awhile--and I have had some cramping!  So I am just anxious.  Its at 2pm tomorrow.  Tomorrow for school I have an in-service day that is optional--we get extra pay if we go--I was goign to do the morning session (and get paid for 1/2 a day) but with Noah still being sick I will likely have to be with him tomorrow all day (as DH took Monday, Thursday, and Friday off work last week!).  BUT--I CAN NOT stay home with him on Tuesday--my classroom has gone crazy so I can't miss anymore work.  It went so crazy in fact that I have to have a meeting with the principal to "create a better plan" to help my subs (I hope he has some good idea's because I am out of idea's--my plans are as simple and well laid out as I can make them).  Le sigh.  It is what it is...hopefully we can work together to find a better plan.  I guess the **** hit the fan when my assistant was on lunch.  :(

Christine- I think we are going to do the IUI, but for now it's a wait and see where we are when the time comes type thing. Oh my gosh sounds like a lot of sickness. I hope you and they boys get to feeling better. Hmmm, it doesn't seem like the sub should be losing such control of the class like that. Not sure what that has to do with your plan.

Christine: oh I never thought of the auto flushers. I'll keep the post it's in mind that's a good idea. We had our first all day outing on Friday and he did really good with having to go on big potties. Today though he was a little scared but eventually went. Last year Kale got some stomach virus and was sick for over a week. We eventually had to take him in for dehydration. It was very scary now when he's sick dh and I make sure he gets little sips constantly throughout the day. Never want to do that again.

Tara: yep all the answering services have owners. I've been to the annual answering service meeting before it was very interesting.

Afm: my skin is doing a little better but still is so itchy. My rash is now around my ears and going down my neck. Can't wait until my appointment to see if the dr can give me something.

Happy 2nd Trimester, ladies!

Tara glad your mini vaca went well!

AFM I have been super busy! We are getting  a lot of programs set-up for Ty. He will get in-home counselling and other things as well. We also are starting a program that will help us all (us parents, teachers, doctors and therapists) get on the same page with helping Ty and finding ways that will help him both at home and at school. Plus help us make life better for our other kids and ourselves. Including getting me back into school to get a career.

On another note I lost 3.8 pounds this week. Only 152.8 pounds left to lose. It feels like it is going to be a long journey.

Simone- Oh I'm really glad that you were able to get some help for Ty. That should benefit everyone in your family! Good job on the weight loss. Keep it up!

Looks like I've got some catchin up to do!  Although, not as much as I should have, since I haven't posted in five days.  I've been reading, but every time I sat down to post, there was something else that I had to take care of.

Haley, I'm glad you're finally starting to feel better.  Great to see you back!  I hope the potty training continues to go well for you and Kale.  Maybe you should talk to your doctor about your skin sensitivity?

Amber - I'd say just to get one that's comfortable and will give you room to grow a bit.  I got a one piece that ended in shorts (instead of the regular underwear/bikini cut), and it worked really well.

Nicole - I am glad the Zofran is helping!  Keep on eating. :)  The calculation is basically: Most of you don't know when conception took place.  So we'll count from your LMP, and say your baby is two weeks old before it's even conceived.  IOW, you are two weeks behind what your medical records say.  Right, at least it'll all be covered by the time the baby gets here. :)  We did get nice snow, about 10+ centimeters.  Shimon had a great time in it - and the best part is that it was mostly melted the next day.  My neighbor remembers, apparently, so just waiting for her to give them back, I don't want to press too hard.

Amanda - Wow, you put him in underwear and it worked magic.  Hope it keeps up.  Hope your mother feels better soon!  Right, it's nice to be able to stay home, but it gets kind of tough sometimes.  That's smart to plan the parties in advance, never thought of that.

Welcome back Tara! Yay, you got a mini-vacation. :)  Did AF stay only one day, or did you just not update?  The nice thing about our snow was that it only lasted about a day.  I guess you don't have snow where you are?  Yes, working out will probably help you feel better.  I hope this is it for you and you get that BFP! ((HUGS))

Autumn - Hopefully that baby will stay in for another two and a half weeks.  Bed rest is the way to go.  Will insurance cover the vacation?

Christine - I never thought of doing that for an automatic sensor.  Believe it or not, I hate them and am always scared that it will flush before I am ready.  I should try that..  Wow, sounds like you have had a tough week!  I hope everybody feels better now - and that you beat this cold/virus/infection once and for all!  I hope your principal isn't mad at you.  Also, it's the sub's fault, not yours.

Simone, I am so glad that Ty, and the rest of you, are getting some help!  Yes, losing weight is a long journey.  But, the longer it takes, the less chance you have of gaining it back.  So, it's worth it.  3.8 pounds in one week is great progress, though!  And, at this rate, it'll take about a year.  Not too bad, right?  (P.S., I still have about 15-20 lbs. of baby weight, and DS is 22 months.)  Why did you use the override for O?

AFM - Got a light line on my OPK today.  It's the first day that it hasn't shown up blank.  [sigh of relief]  I am so glad that I haven't O'd yet, you seriously have no idea.  Hopefully this month will be it, because I only have 6 OPKs left, and I don't want to buy more.  I think the best part is that I am also temping.

Isra- I just hadn't updates it. AF was here for fours days lightly and spotting on the fifth. We haven't had snow yet at home, but it sure has been really really cold. We often see snow in February and March. Oooh, sounds like you are getting close to Oing!!
