Nicole - Sorry you were late for work.  That stinks. :(  Not sure if I should be glad that the roads in MA are cleaner, or mad that those in NH aren't.  You're at the end of the first trimester, all of the tummy stuff should be letting up soon.  But, your immune system is 50% lowered (so that it won't attack the baby), so it makes sense that you're getting sick a lot.  I hope tomorrow's temp makes more sense. :)  Keep resting (or start resting)...

Simone - Thanks, that makes me feel better.  I looked it up on the internet, but we all know what contradicting results you can come up with that way..  Happy anniversary!  Hope you enjoy your date!  21 years is good, another 21 is even better. ;)  Yes, it is a record with divorces on either side of the family.  Oh, no, I hate it when I hear of doctors messing up their patients.  :(  I hope you find a better doctor, who can help find something that will work well for Ty.  Hopefully she hasn't done any damage.  ((HUGS))

Brie (almost called you Layla, lol), I know that we'll never understand how much Kasey meant to you - no one will.  I hear you on your hubby being mean about it, that's really tough.  DH does that too, sometimes.  He's being money-smart - that much is certain - but I guess he doesn't quite understand how much this other dog would mean to you.  Can you split the price with your friend, and she'll pay half of it permanently, while you pay her back the other half?  Maybe that would make your husband feel better...  I wish I could help, but it takes 4 shekels for one dollar, and we don't have that much to spare right now. ((HUGS))  Can you find the energy to have an open talk about it, no blaming involved?  He's right (yes, he is, I know it's not what you want to hear, but if you tell him that he's right, he won't be as defensive), but sometimes right isn't everything, especially in a situation like this.  ((HUGS))  Don't worry, we're here for you to rant whenever you need to.

Hey girls! School started back up on Monday and so did the intermittent morning sickness, so bear with me here as I'm trying to get caught up!

Brie.....I understand where you are coming from with Kasey. I have a dog and my husband works second shift, and trust me he doesn't work just eight hours, so if I lost my dog I would be so lonely! There is no way to replace Kasey, but when you are so used to something change is hard, not to mention the change to mom is a transition in itself and the comfort hot having two dogs is something normal to you right now and that could be areas on why you are so set on getting a second dog

Nicole......sorry about being late for work! That stinks that the roads aren't equally taken care of, it would make me a nervous wreck to drive on bad roads, I'm such a worry wart! I know the feeling about stomach bugs, idk what happened to me today I woke up at 530 threw up, went back to bed, woke up got hubby off to work, threw up at 930, finally went number two, and now I can't stop going number 2! I feel just off today!

Simone......glad you are getting help for Ty, I would def think about a different doctor for him. Happy Anniversary!

Isra....hope you get some BDing in!

AFM.....like I was saying to Nicole, not feeling so hot today. 11 weeks 3 days today, 12 week appt on Monday and the first appt at the maternal fetal specialist on Tuesday. I'm pretty nervous about the appt Tuesday.

Brie- Only time really helps with the loss of a family member like that. It is very difficult to lose a pet. I still think about one of the dogs we had when I was growing up. You will always have her memory to cherish.

Amber- Oooh 12 weeks is just days away!

Nicole- Ugh, I hate being late. Hope you got around safely!

Isra- KMFC for you!

Amber - Sorry your MS returned! You're almost finished this trimester, so chin up.  Hope you feel better soon!  Good luck with your appointment. :)

Tara -Thanks. :)  How are you feeling?  Still having hot flashes?  I hope this does it for you, and you end up with twins.  I'd say you should get one for each year you've been trying, but triplets are even more high risk, so let's stick with twins, preferably fraternal.

AFM - My temp went up 0.2 degrees Celsius.  It's not the 36.7 that I wanted, but it's still a rise.  And, I definitely am having less CM.  I think CD 14 I wasn't sure if what I was seeing was from BD'ing or CM, but now that I'm comparing them (and finally understand what EW/W CM is), I understand the difference.  Also yesterday I saw CM, but less than CD14.  I think it's helped me to know that BD leftovers were mixed in with all three days, so now I can compare accurately.  Also, it helped that I started playing around with the CM on the toilet paper, instead of just touching it for half a second.  (Gross, I know.  Never knew I was a kinesthetic learner.  Oh, and the 7-broken-eggs-mess also helped a bit. :D)  Guess we will see what happens in the next couple days...

Isra- Hahhaha, that's hilarious about the egg comparison. Thanks to Shimon you have a very good example. Oooh, catch that egg! I'm down with your plan. I would go for twins. One of each would be great.

AFM- Having hotflashes still, but not quite as bad. Been having some twinging pains on the L side. My appt is on Tuesday so I have a bit of a wait. DH turns 31 tomorrow. We will have to get in some BDing.

Why is it when I am in one of my bad/ sad moods some guy from my past wants to talk and then how we used to have sex comes up and how he wants to meet always happen? I so need to get rid of my FB, Twitter and Myspace accts so these people can't find me.

This time it was a guy I had a crush on when I was in the 6th grade and we never dated, but when I was 16 we would have quickies on his parents' house's back steps. He and his wife are separated and he wants a chance with me.

Another time was when I 17 and I dated a guy who was 20 who was a senior at my school.

It's flattering, but come on my life is all ready messed up enough. Men!!!

Good morning ladies :)

I can't say enough every week, so glad it's Friday! I REALLY need this weekend to get the much deserved rest I've been deprived of since getting so sick 2 weeks ago. Yesterday was another really rough day. After calling the nurse for advice, I'm now off the Metamucil and Zofran because together they WERE bulking things up too much. I was recommended to take Vitamin B6 and Unisom for the nausea, along with Pepcid during the day if needed. But, I'm just trying to deal with it because that's NOT my biggest problem now. I'm on 100 mg. of Colace 3 times a day now to (hopefully) fix the main problem. I've been so frustruated because I can't seem to get to a happy medium. I am missing the Zofran because it's been so helpful controlling the nausea. The nurse thinks keeping up with the extra protein and fiber will be beneficial in the long run, again hopefully ;)

...Sending my Love and ((HUGS)) to you all ♥

Simone- Sounds like those are good people to ignore.

Nicole- I hope you can get things evened out! The last few months have been quite long for you. You are nearing 14 weeks, so that nausea has got to give up soon.

AFM- DH's birthday is today. I'm going to bed. We are going out to dinner tonight. Hope everyone is well!

Tara: Me too! I know, challenges left and right from the start. Yah, you would think huh ;) smell triggers and overall queasiness just don't want to let up :P Glad the hot flashes are simmering down a bit, and twinges are a good sign ;) Happy Birthday to your hubby! Sleep well and have a great dinner tonight :)

Oh boy has my ms come back with a vengeance. It's just awful, I feel like I have more energy this go around but im just ready for it to be over. I had a mtn dew and oatmeal crram pie last night to treat an über low blood sugar and managed to keep that down, but pretzels and goldfish came right back up. I just don't get it! Then this morning while I was making the hubs coffee I threw up in the sink. Yuck! I'm taking the Zofran, but it just doesn't seem to help.
