Nicole I was tired all the time and so happy I was not going to school that semester. I couldn't eat much as I was still having bad m/s, but it was getting better. I had lost about 25 pounds by 17 weeks and just found out the week prior I was having 2 boys and was sad because I was so sure I was having girls as I felt like they were sucking the life right out of me and with my older 2 I still had energy for the day and the m/s was only here and there and was gone by the end of the first trimemster. My OB was not concerened with me losing weight because the babies were growing and always measuring ahead. I swear if I could have handled the pelvic pain and been able to keep walking instead of crying in pain and doing baby steps I think both boys would have been very close to Trent's birth weight of 9 pounds 12 ounces and he was 5 days late. Gina that was a nice gift and he looks so cute!

Simone: You DID go through a lot the first trimester carrying them! I keep hearing every pregnancy is different. My OB isn't concerned about my weight either, all that matters is that baby is growing and has a good heart rate. Boy of girl, I just can't wait to see them in the u/s next week! Healthy is all that matters to me especially with what a miracle they are :)

Nicole they sure are and that is all I want. So instead of going into the 20 week scan wanting to know what I am having and hoping for a girl I am going in just hoping for a healthy baby and am not going to find out what I am having unless I can see it on the screen and not be told unless I ask if that is a penis. lol

Hello Ladies!! I promise I haven't been ignoring ya'll! I have been reading but usually its on my phone and replying is a PITA. Tara: BOO for AF showing. I think re-evaluating is something that might be good. And I agree--I probably wouldn't have scheduled another appointment due to costs as well. No use when you have to meet with him for the US anyway. Any idea what the next step would be? Would IVF be an option (I know previously you mentioned cost being a factor) Simone: Funny you mention the boys and not finding out! We are not going to find out what this babe is! I have mixed feelings boy vs. girl and I don't know how I would handle either at the ultrasound. At this moment I would love a girl--however, tomorrow I could really want a boy. Nicole: YIPPEE 17 weeks! I am sorry you are still dealing with the m/s :( Mine has thankfully let up to the point I can deal with it without taking any Zofran. And my bowels have FINALLY figured themselves out! LOL! I was having quite the fun times with that one.... Amber: So glad you are feeling better! :) Gina: What a handsome little guy you have there! :) AFM: Just kicking along! :) I am 17 weeks and feel HUGE. I am really feeling the baby move and tonight as I was sitting at my chair the baby was pressing HARD against my belly--so hard I could in fact feel from the outside right where he/she was! LOL! Silly goose! Seriously--the baby makes me giggle often when it does silly things like that! Or when I eat/drink something and the baby gets all excited/starts moving like crazy! :) My U/S is on the 28th! :) I can't wait to see baby--however, we are NOT going to find out the gender! I go through phases of "what if's" and "I hope its...." and I just don't know how I will handle the information--plus--it will be good motivation to push!! Although--part of me is worried that I will be disappointed at birth if we end up with a boy (which makes me kind of WANT to find out--so that doesn't happen) however, a surprise would be so fun! We just gotta make it through the ultrasound!! :)

Nicole- That is funny our US's are the same day. Even though you started out carrying twins, each pregnancy can be completely different. It's about time you feel more like you though. You are far enough into the 2nd trimester to get the feeling better part of pregnancy. I agree, hopefully there is something different we can try. We would really like to avoid IVF since it would be completely out of our pocket. I just don't feel like this is working at all. Simone- Oooh, that icy sidewalk sounds like a big hazard. The school district should be maintaining that so no one gets hurt. Still sounds like the weather there is not so great. Hope you caught that egg! Christine- That's exciting you are feeling the baby move. I can see what you mean about not wanting to know the gender and hoping for a girl. I think that is pretty natural. Either way you choose to go will be a suprise since you start off not knowing. Occasionally, they are wrong with the gender...not often, but it does happen from time to time. Cost is definately a factor for us. I have no clue what we would do to gather enough money for IVF. Pretty sure you have to pay all up front. We'd probably need to take out a loan which is a terrible thought. I don't think there is a lot else we can do besides either switching meds or going to IVF. The problem is that I seem to be Oing with the clomid. Gina- Ahhh, love the 3D pic! What a great gift from your DH! I can hardly believe you are 25 weeks already!!! Wow! AFM- Ran a whole bunch of errands and now finally home again. Talked to DH about making my appt and he agrees we should ask to see what comes next.

Isra I have had that happen to me on here as well! I think it still has some bugs since they switched back in 2009. Last night I realised this month will be a test to see if I do get pregnant this cycle or the next one if I will be able to have a sticky baby. Also, the same for a December due date. I have not been able to keep my November/ December due date babies. I was due with my first pregnancy on 11/22/1992, my fifth pregnancy I was due 12/13/2008, and my seventh pregnancy I was due 11/9/2011 and all of them I m/c'd. If I am pregnant before Winter the babies make it to term, but getting pregnant in Winter has been another story. I really hope that it changes for me and I get pregnant this cycle and have a sticky baby this time!
