Isra- Those sound like good signs. I hope it works out for you. It's hard to know what to expect as far as your LP although I don't seem why it should be shorter than 12. It is so challenging not to put so much stock into your chart. Try to go with the flow. Easier said than done I know. Thanks, I am hoping that's what those dreams are all about, too.

Nicole- It is early...didn't want to do it this early, but I am glad I will get to try and talk to him. I know I should be less nervous about pushing him for an answer, but I feel like I should have one. I know he doesn't have a magical answer, but I need to know what he thinks about our situation instead of wishing me luck each time that it will work. I counted and I think I am at 16 clomid cycles, 8 completed hcg cycles, and 2 IUI's so far. Seems like it should've worked by now.

So I gained the courage and asked my Dad what he had heard about Dr. B since my sister talked to him and told me he was concerned we were seeing him. I guess all it was is that one of his coworkers going through fertility issues was seeing him and said he was unreliable when their appts would come up whether he was available or not. We haven't had any issues over the last 9 months we've been seeing him so that is reassuring. I noticed on the CDC website that their facility/lab isn't accredited which most are. Not sure what to think about that. Nicole, any thoughts?

Nicole, I am glad you're not constipated.  Hm, wonder why you're having pelvic cramps.  Are you starting to feel better and stronger overall?  Hope you get great results tomorrow!

Tara, it shouldn't be shorter.  But, three months ago it was either anovulatory or 6 day LP.  Then, it was either O at day 8/9, with 13/14 day LP, or O at day 22, with a 6 day LP.  I have a feeling it was the former, but then...why did I have a 12 day LP last month?  It makes sense that my LP was 6 days, then 12 days, and will lengthen again - because apparently my body is still getting back to itself after weaning.  But, for it to go from 6 to 13/14 to 12, sounds kind of funny.  From what I've read, it goes up after weaning, not down.  So, I'm nervous.  Wow, your u/s appointment is tomorrow!  I hope you get good results! :)  Hmm, interesting that your lab isn't accredited.  Maybe you should ask Dr. B. about that, too?  Right, it seems to me that he should have some opinion on what's happening and where to go from here, especially considering that you've been on Clomid for so long.  It does seem like you should have had results so far.  Hope you get that BFP this month! ((HUGS))  Did you have a better dream last night?  Good, I'm glad you worked that out with your Dad, so it won't be hanging over you anymore.  That took a lot of courage!

AFM - I just realized that if I decided to test a day early, I can test tomorrow!  :)  Not sure if I will, though, because my test says only from the first day you're late (which, I guess, is 15 DPO usually).  I want to get a more sensitive stick but DH says better not to see the results until AF is for sure late, because then it has a better chance of sticking.  He says the early pregnancy tests are a nasty form of torture that should never have been created, because 50% of pregnancies end before AF is due, so ppl get chemical pregnancies and then are crushed.  He's right, of course, but that doesn't make the wait easier.  I told him if I use 3 OPKs, it's already the price of a HPT.  :D  But, the test I have prob isn't worth using till Sunday.

Morning ladies,

Aaron had a really rough night last night :( I think he's come down with a tummy bug or something. We were in a restaurant and he just started crying and shaking. I stayed with him in the bathroom there until we just had to take him home. Poor little guy :( I could tell he really needed to throw up, but he couldn't although he didn't have any problems on the other end. He didn't fully go to sleep until after 11:00. I didn't sleep well myself, worrying about him and also being very uncomfortable. He's at my parents today so I'm glad they can at least keep an eye on him and hopefully he'll take a nap or at least rest while he's there.

Tara: I'm glad you ARE going earlier because then you can talk to Dr. B to really discuss your options before it gets too close to O time. Of course you should have some kind of answer/explanation to what's been happening cycle after cycle like this. 16 Clomid cycles is ALOT! I can understand why he wants to stay with that as your treatment because it DOES make you ovulate. And, doing the spread out HCG's is helping to keep your LP controlled. But, those 2 IUI's. I think that's what needs to be re-assessed. We went through the same questioning when Dr. M was leaving and Dr. A was stepping in to take over. They worked together in the beginning and after that Dr. A always consulted with the other RE's. Is there anyone in Dr. B's practice he can consult with? Hmm, that is unusual to see that their facility is not accredited, I thought that was mandatory especially for fertility centers. Like Isra said, that would be worth asking about as well. Yes, it DID take a lot of courage to talk to you Dad about this.

Isra: I wonder about that too, and I haven't felt the baby in a few days either. He was pretty active since I started feeling the "flutters" last Thurs. I guess I can say I'm getting stronger than I was last month at the beginning of these tummy issues. But, this nausea is still so horrible and I'm continuing to struggle with getting my GI system regulated. I really don't know if they will have the results tomorrow or we'll have to wait till the beginning of next week. The preliminary was delayed in itself so we'll see. It can be so frustruating when you test too early and the results aren't what you want to see. You got AF at 13DPO last cycle, so I think you should wait until at least 14DPO even though FF is prompting you do it Sat. That WILL be bring you to Sun :) FX'd your temp stays up and she stays away! How's the nausea and heartburn today?

Love and ((HUGS)) to you all ♥

Isra Thanks! I hope you get a bfp too! Saw your temp went up today as well! How are you feeling?

Tara GL tomorrow! I hope they can trigger and this is your final cycle and you get pregnant! It would be awesome if the last of us are all due in November before Thanksgiving!

Nicole I hope Aaron feels better! Yeah there is some bug going around that people are getting here in Janesville as well. With not feeling the baby don't worry that your not feeling him as often. He could be sleeping more or turned facing your back. That has happened to me. You could try drinking a glass of orange juice and lay on your left side and wait about 20-30 minutes and see if you feel anything after that.

AFM I got a temp rise and I tested and got a bfn. My dh will be here the next few days which will make it easier to wait until Monday to test again. I expect af on Sunday so I will be 1 day late.

Had to go get food out of the oven and make sure Trent is up for school. Lennox is having his first field trip at school. He and his class are going to walk across the parking lot using the sidewalk to go to the middle school to swim in their pool. I hope they can get him in it. This Summer he only went in twice the whole Summer.

Simone: Thanks hun ♥ It really stinks when little ones are sick because you don't know what to do for them. You just want to take it all away. It's weird just as I read about trying the OJ I felt the baby a little :) I think I'm just so nervous about everything that's been happening that every little "off" thing is worrying me. Your temp DID go up even more! Darn BFN :P It could still be too early to test and waiting a few more days would be the best thing to do. FX'd ;)

Isra- It sounds like your cycles are evening out. Like your body is finding the right balance again. Your chart is looking nice and you've already made it far past 6dpo, so that is very promising! An increase in your LP is good. I think Nicole's plan about waiting until day 14 would be a good idea. That way you don't test too early or potentially waste a test (hope that's not an option). I did dream, but they were kinda random and not very good. I am a vivid dreamer which can really make dreams really bad or really good. I'm afraid of asking about the accredidation like it might be rude. I should know better since I am a nurse and it's my right to be informed as a patient. I just feel funny asking. Your DH may be on to something with those early HPT's...good and bad at the same time.

Nicole- Poor Aaron, I wonder what was wrong with him. Not fun at all when little one's are ill. It's nice he will be with your parents today so they can see how he's doing and he's in a familiar environment. If you continue not feeling baby move you should call your doc, but what Simone mentioned about the OJ you should try first. Positioning like she said also can decrease what you feel. I think it's good we are going in earlier, too. I really want to know his thoughts. He is on his own and there aren't any partners. There is an OB office upstairs that I think refers to him, but I'm not sure they consult together or not. I thought it was odd that their lab isn't accredited either. Not sure if that is accurate or not since it was from 2010 CDC site. I've seen plaques/awards hung in their office for their lab before. Seems strange. Being on clomid this long is a lon long time. I was worried about it. When asked before he told me that it was making me ovulate and not wanting to mess with that since it's better to be on the lowest amount of medication necessary. The risks of cancer was explained that the studies are on poeple who take clomid that already have a higher risk of cancer from not ovulating regularly, so  using the clomid to make your cycle more normal is more than likely better than having annovulatory cycles.

Simone- Your temp went up which is good. Hoping it was just a little too early to test. Waiting until Monday sounds like a good plan. Having November babies sounds like a fabulous plan! Hope Lennox has fun at his first field trip!

AFM- It was challenging to bring up the fertility subject with my Dad at first, but after I got going it wasn't bad. He works in the medical field and not much surprises him. He was a little surprised when he found out we were having issues I guess. I mostly wanted to know what he knew about Dr. B and people's experiences which had been nagging at me. Tomorrow will come soon enough I guess and hopefully I will like what I hear.
