This is a group for high risk pregancy's or just mom's with health problems. Including mental. This is a judge free zone and I will not tolorate any bashing, cursing out a fellow member, pictures of you or your child without clothing. (just a diaper is fine). I don't want any thing too overly graphic being said, let us use our imagination, we don't have to know every detail!! I want this group to be active and I will work hard to make it that way. Share your stories, milestones, random thoughts, difficult times, ask for advice, rant, anything.

Hi my name is Kayla I am 25 and having my first baby! At my 2nd trimester appointment I found out my baby has signifacant deformaties. At that time I was told my baby would not make it. Yet when my spouse walked out the door to see if we could leave he was told the baby had one leg and the pelvise was underdeveloped. I couldnt see how a baby wouldnt live with this so my OB set me up with a 2nd ultrasound 3D this time. My doc read the report to me and it stated the baby had no kidneys, lower intestines, severe curviture in the spine, and no abdomen wall. The intestines and bladder were grown on the outside of the abdomen. I was sure I wasnt going to be able to carry my angel and i was going to loose this baby. I went in for my 2nd ultrasound and found all the organs are there but I have amniotic band syndrome which amputated a leg, and left the abdomen wall open. The Parinatologist says I have one last hump and thats the lungs developing correctly because the chest is small due to the opening in the abdomen. Everything else can be fixed. So I just ask that everyone keeps Baby Lepinski in their prayers we can use all we can get. my next appointment is feb 19th and ill know more ill be sure to keep everyone posted.
