Okay here goes, I have a 4 year old son who I am trying to potty train for the past few months. I have all the right gear/supplies and some also I have tried almost ALL of the tips and advice every parent or book has told me and my son just refuses to go. I recently tried to enroll him in preschool and everything was set until I asked how or where the teachers would help potty train or change his diaper. One of the ladies looked at me in shock and said "What? He isn't potty trained yet?" I was a little embarass not to say the least and told her my husband and I have tried just about everything and still he just kicks and screams when we even mention the word potty. I can't enroll him full time unless he is basically fully potty trained and so I am on a mission. I will blog everyday until my son is fully potty trained. I plan on starting from square one and trying everything all over again. first thing tonight I will sit him down and ask him calmly why he is afraid or refusing to go potty. Then hopefully if I get a clear answer then I can work my way from there... If there is anyone out there who is having the same problem as me or has had a familiar issue, PLLLLLEEEEEEAAAASSSSEEE I AM DESPERATE!!! I am willing to try everything and anything all over again until I have achieved VICTORY! :P
This is what my son would rather do with his brand new seat.
