Mine didn't walk until almost 14 months. He was a late crawler too, but he had a lot of problems with his ears and had to have tubes and I have heard that can play a factor too with balance issues and such....

Brayden's almost 17 months and we turned his seat a few months ago. He can see better outside and likes sitting up and not laying back so far. He is almost 25 lbs and has long legs, so we went ahead a flipped it. He rides much better in the car now....
