We had our little boy wear a shirt that said "Only Child" but it was crossed out and under it said "Big Brother" I've heard of people giving a picture frame that says "I love Grandmaw (or Grandpa)" or "My Grand Kid(s)" with the ultra sound in it. Or depending on how old the sibling is you could get a recordable frame put a picture of him/her in it and record him/her saying that they are going to be a big brother/sister or that Mommy's having a baby. I know someone who took a family picture for their Christmas card and under the picture it said, "Christmas outfits...$130, Christmas Decorations...$150, Photo Cards...$40, Knowing there are 4 people in this photo...PRICELESS"

get your oldest child a t-shirt that says "big brother/big sister" and let them open it on christmas in front of the family then show it off, or you can give your mom a positive pregnancy test in a bracelet box.

When we found out with our first pregnancy we did build a bears with a cute saying recorded in them annoucing to our parents. It was super cute. We just got back from Disney and I took a pic with Mickey and had a button on my belly that said "My 1st time at Disney" and had Mickey pointing to it :) We are going to frame pic and give it to parents Christmas morn. I've also seem some adorable shirts online!
