they say if the heart rate is higher than 140 its a girl, if its slower its a boy, well Hartley's heart rates were always about 160, and this time its the same way. I did the pee and baking soda thing and it didnt fizzle so could we be having another girl???? we shall see just over a month left and we should find out!

That's what they say, if no reaction it's a girl. Keep us posted to see if the theory holds true :-)

Im pretty sure its a girl, because i have had the same start that i did with Hartley. I will be super shocked if its a boy....

Yes, I have had the same so far this pregnancy that I had with Marlena. But I just have this gut feeling I am having a boy.

I htought Hartley was going to be a boy, so I cant trust my gut, lol....i find out feb 8th at 10am! it cant get here soon enough!

I did the baking soda test and it fizzed, but I checked the heart rate tonight and it was 168. I'm very confused, but I'm thinking boy

My heart rate with my first ultrasound was 132. Last time it was 164. So who knows what tale holds true. Even though my second heart rate was high, I'm still feeling boy. With Marlena I was like I'm having a girl as much as I want a girl. But it's interesting to see our thoughts and feelings and then when the time comes see what really happens. I can't wait.

So far ALL wives tales, silly tests, etc say we are having a boy. However the first HR was 184 and the 2nd was 172. I have always been a true believer in HR's, but I don't know with this baby....
