We are not sure if we are going to find out the baby's gender or not. I am due for my anatomy scan Oct 1. We already have an 8 yr old girl and a 18 mth old boy. I am not sure I want to have anymore children after this one.
Are you planning to find out the gender or wait? Why???

Hi my husband and I are planning to wait. Why... this will be our last one we have 5 all together 2 boys 3 girls Last one why not be surprised!! What is the real reason why we all decide to find out? I threw all of the baby stuff when we moved so we're getting neutral stuff this time. Saving. The money up for when he or she arrives!!

this is our first and we havn't decided yet. On one hand I'd like the surprise but I'm so curious so I'm not sure I'll be able to wait.... Who knows maybe the baby will decide for us and not show his/her private parts ;)

This is my 2nd baby and I will find out the gender in a couple of weeks...I hate surprises! I have no idea one way or the other what I'm having and don't care what it is as long as it's healthy...my husband on the other hand really wants a boy :)

This is my second and I'm going to find out. I'm not sure if it will be at my appointment this week or next month (they've been doing sonograms the last couple of appointments, so I'm not sure if they'll continue this each time or not). I like to plan things out early, so it's helpful if I know what the gender is - also if I still need to continue saving my daughter's outgrown clothes or if I can give them away. And my 4-yr-old is excited to know if she'll have a brother or sister. It will also give us time to figure out a name. e pretty much have a boy's name picked out from when I was pregnant with my daughter, but we have a whole list of girl's names we still have to narrow down.

It's a BOY!!! We decided to find out. I wanted to know so I could decide whether to keep my son's clothes (he will be 2 in March so the seasons will be the same LOL). I am still unsure if the doctor's actually saw a boy because it looked like a girl to me and I have seen both boy and girl parts. They want to do another ultrasound in 4 weeks so I am going to wait until a get a better view to be satisfied. We are going to decide a baby boy name now because the doctors aren't usually wrong :)

Just do what makes you comfortable! If you think he can keep it a secret, let him find out :)

Hi There Spcwright, I have three children. Had I started younger I'm not sure how many we would have:) I think you just know when you are done. I still get baby faver but the thought vanishes when I think about my age and starting over again. I love hearing about everyone else and the excitment of pregnancy and all things baby. I tried with my last two to wait until delivery to find out the gender of our baby and both times I couldn't stand the suspence, I gave in and found out. Hope everyone is feeling healthy and happy! Tammy
