It was all natural to my surprise! @ 3am I got my first contraction that was mild in pain but my contraction kept coming every 3 mins so we decided that we would go to the hospital just to get checked out since the day before @ my ob apt I was 4 cm but by the time we got to the hospital my contraction were still not painful and moved to every 4-5 mins so my ob said to let me labor naturally and check me in a 1 hr to see if I was indeed in labor so after that hour was up my nurse checked me and I was 5-6 so my ob said let’s get a iv in and admitted me and the next thing I know my ob said let’s give her a sm dose of pit. and then I asked for a epi she asked if I was in pain I said no but I know with pit. I would be so she said ok. So the anesthesiologist came and was getting me set up next thing I know my contraction came every minute finally a little painful but nothing untolerable so my nurse said maybe you should just skip the epi and I said umm I feel a lot of pressure the anesthesiologist said I have not stated anything yet do you want me to continue I said yes if I get uncomfortable I will let you know he was amazed of how easily I was handling the pain so after he gave me the first sm dose of a numbing shot before he did my epi I had him stop the pressure was building up and I could feel the baby descending down the birth canal the next thing I know everyone was in the room rushing around and I said I have to push my ob said okay push and the next thing I know she said stop stop pushing the head was outa and the cord was wrapped around the neck and she did not even have on all her ppe on and then she said okay push and I pushed and he was out at 7:41 am I was only at the hospital for 2 hrs. and got to go home the next day @ around 3! No being a mother of 3 is surprising easy I was prepared for the worse but the girls just love him to pieces the only hard part was on Monday Nico had his 1 week checkup and he was admitted to the hospital for treatment of jaundice we were in the hospital for 2 days but he is fine now and we are home.

That is soooo awesome!!! I hope I can do this one w/o an epi, My last labor was like 2 hrs, but the pain was super bad. Both of mine have come out face up so I think that has had somethign to do with it. Congrats again to your family of 5 and glad the little ones love him so much!!!!
