I am 31 weeks pregnant with my first child. Lately I find myself up and wide awake at night, mainly because Micah moves alot and kicks me when I'm trying to rest.I barely get enough sleep tossing & turning. Are there no comfortable positions to sleep in when your this far?

Hi Lisha,

Just one of the ways I was able to sleep recently is to put two pillows on top of each other, set the first one parallell to the headboard and then put the second one on top perpendicular to the other. Leave the lower part of the pillow under your upper spine this will let you breathe easier and can make sleeping simpler. This is my second so it really does help especially when you get later in the pregnancy!

Congrats on your first!
