How often do you cry, and when you do does it make you feel better or worse?

I only cry if I'm seriously upset, or see a good movie with a really moving plot line. I think the last time I cried, I was laughing so hard at my 2 little ones laughing at each other, I couldn't help it. I usually feel better after a good cry, it does something to ease my stress somehow. I also notice that I can think more clearly afterwards.

I was just thinking about this the other day! I cry ALL THE TIME. I never used to cry, and now a commercial will get me going. I don't know if having a baby did it to me, but I am hyper-emotional these days! Just like Mel, I always feel better after a good cry! I totally admit to watching a sappy movie when I'm down to help me feel better! sarahlipoff.com

One thing is certain, I used to cry a lot more when I was a younger mom. I don't even cry at movies, books or TV as much as I used to. On the other hand, when I do let go with a good cry, it almost always makes me feel better.
