Cold, leftover pizza. Tastes fabulous and carries me through until lunch with no hunger pains--yum!

Breakfast Pizza, travels very well if wrapped in a napkin or paper towel.

One of my favorite breakfasts and my grandchildrens is baked apples.  Peel about 1/3 down the apple, core and add some raisins, chopped nuts, 1 tsp brown sugar and pour a little bit of apple cider over them.  Microwave for 3 - 6 minutes depending on type and size of apple.  If you don't have apple cider, a small amount of water or orange juice works also.  Wonderful!

I like to make extra batches of pancakes (pumpkin or applesauce or mixed berry or even plain) on a weekend, freeze them, then put them either in the toaster oven or microwave  to warm them up when needed.

My kids and I love smothies! Our favorite is frozen strawberries, a very ripe banana, some frozen bluberries and some apple juice. We use watered down apple juice because the smoothie ends up being to sweet and you can cut down on the calories if you use less juice :)

We are a big fan of fruit smothies- throw in your fav fruit, yogart, ice (I add wehy protien, vanilla, for a healthy bost. Adding flax seed oil is good too!) Put in a cup with a straw and you're ready to go!
