I make my own cleaning supplies. To be greener and it's healthier for the kids (and pets). We also re-use whenever we can. We reuse plastic bags for (small) garbage bags, I re-use formula tins to store Christmas ornaments in and anything else I can store in them. I have my husband trained, instead of throwing something away, he'll say "Hey, can you re-use this for anything?" LOL and I usually say "yes!"

We recycle everything we can.  We also buy all our cleaning, laundry and household products from Melaleuca.  All their cleaning products are all natural-no chemicals or safety caps, they are 6x concentrated and they clean better than the store brand cleaners!  My whole family enjoys their products while we help the environment.

We save our left over grocery bags and take them to the local thrift store so they can use them.
