Happy Belated 4th of July! I brought Emma to a parade. She did really well with all of the loud sounds (fire trucks)! Then we had a cookout with my side of the family. We were going to take her to the fireworks, but I was afraid it would be too loud for her and scare her plus we were all really tired so we stayed home. Maybe next year she'll see her 1st fireworks.

Happy (belated) July 4th to you as well! We had a cookout with family on Saturday. Baby James cannot wait until he can actually start eating our food! On Sunday we swam in our people. He loves the water! Only problem is that he is so fair skinned I don't dare keep him out for too long! We went to the fireworks last night. He was in pure amazement of the colors, lights, sounds, everything. He kept flipping his head from side to side and sqealing, talking and laughing. It completely wore him out. Plus, the fireworks weren't going until 10PM, so he was up way past his bedtime. How was your holiday? Every day and every second is a pure joy with our babies!! :)

Oh we had a blast as well! We set off our fireworks and Joey did so good with them! He just didn't know what to think, and he did so well with the loud nosies. That suprised me cause he use to hate them. lol
