Hello Ladies! I gave birth to miss Layla on October 14th (I was exactly a week overdue and was scheduled to be induced that morning and my water broke at about 1am! and out she came 10 hours later!)
I had no real issues with soreness afterwords. I had one stitch due to a small tear up by my urthrea, other than that. Nothing!

However, I am now 11 weeks postpartum and STILL bleeding! I went in for my six week checkup on 11/26, and informed my doctor of it, as well as had the mirena IUD put in. My doctor said I had healed up very well, and the bleeding (it would slow, then start with a vengence) was probably due to hormones with BFing. And then Mirena could cause some spotting, for some people. 
But im now 11 weeks and have yet had ONE day without bleeding. It slows, i get down to a slight spotting, then by the next morning, BAM its back bleeding again.


Do I have reason to be concerned? I was doing this before mirena so i dont think thats the problem.        

Better.. I went to the doctor for the 6 week mirena checkup. She said the postpartum bleeding had quit, but i didnt notice because i was bleeding due to the mirena.

Crazy! It makes me pretty sure (even more sure) i dont want anymore babies ;) lol. altho DH would love another! he doesnt have to go through the crazy postpartum changes.

 

Now ive just developed this crazy crying constantly, nausea all the time, and exhaustion! i'd be very worried had they not given me a pregnancy test wednesday that was negative. Now i wonder whats going on? lol
