Love the frozen waffles! In a pinch you can toast them and throw some peanut butter on them and they are a great little breakfast you can take in the car. Oh, the kids like them too :)

Flavored Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of granola on top. A protein-packed, filling parfait.

When I get home from the grocery store, I divide pieces of fresh fruit up into baggies that we can grab on our way out the door.

On the weekend I'll make pancakes or waffles and then freeze the leftovers. Then on busy mornings I can just pop them in the microwave or toaster to heat them up. Another favorite is cheerios! Put them in a plastic cup with a lid (Tupperware has plenty of sizes) - great for on the go just "drink" them. Helping Moms stay home

My kids are addicted to those microwave sausages wrapped in pancakes on a stick. They look like corndogs so they're really portable and the kids think they taste good. I'm not sure how healthy they are but since my kids usually refuse to eat meat I figure I'm getting some protien into their diet so it can't be too bad.
