Hello Everyone,

I'm planing to go back to work and started to look for a babysitter for our daughter. Everyone I interviewed so far wanted to have at least $17 per h and up. Most of them didn't even had a special child care education, and 1 of them couldn't even speak english. So I don't know what to do know. The day care would cost me $285 per week for 5 days. That would be a daily cost of $57 and an hourly rate of $5.70. We only need someone for 3 days a week and I'm not sure if a daycare would be good for my daughter. I thought I would start with $10 per h and go up after a while, but it seems like that noone wanna work for that money. 
How much are you paying your babysitters and whats a good side to find one?
