I am six weeks and started spotting yesterday. But this morning I woke up with a heavy flow and painful but tolerable abdominal cramping. I know that bleeding can be a normal thing but I am really nervous. I was due for my first OB appointment tomorrow but I am going to be knocking at their door this morning....I just pray that everything is okay.
